This is the moment where everyone knew this show was more than a "little kids program". Unfortunately it begins to deflate toward the ending, but still holds up. After all the changes that occurred throughout the years, this is probably still the best season.

Before starting I've to say that, although the first episode I watched was from season 2, technically I started here, 4 months after the finale, so I'm not that familiar with details like the "Save Derpy" project or even the hate towards Twilicorn, which were influenced in this season.

I don't think anybody has even thought of asking me this - "how would you rank MLP's five seasons?" That's something I often wonder myself and, now that season 6 is right next door, I decided to give this a shot.
